Quickly organize FORM+ products into project folders, manage quantities and share with your team or clients.

STEP 1.
ADD PRODUCTS
Keep your products organized in project folders. Any FORM+ product can be added into a project folder by simply selecting the product variation and clicking the “ADD TO PROJECT” button.Â

Add to Project List from Product page.
1. Select product variation if applicable
2. Click the “ADD TO PROJECT” button to add the product to your project folder.
Add to Project List from Category page.
1. Click the “ADD TO PROJECT” button on the product card to add to your project folder. * The default product will be added to your project, product variations can only be added from the product page.Â
STEP 2.
SAVE YOUR PRODUCT TO YOUR PROJECT FOLDER
After clicking the “ADD TO PROJECT” Button a popup modal will appear so you can direct the product into your desired project folder.Â
1. Select “Create a new Project List” to build a new project folder.
2. “Choose Project List” to add the product to any previous from your existing project folder. Just select your project and the product saves into your project folder!
STEP 3.
MANAGE YOUR PROJECTS
In the project management view select your project folder to manage. You can change quantities for products, delete products, arrange the order of products to stay organized, or even move products from one project folder to another! You can always rename project folders by clicking on the title and adding a new name.
1. Get your project started with our Project Builder Ai. (CURRENTLY IN BETA)
2. Click on any of your project folders to see a detailed list view of products saved in the folder.
3. Select the privacy level for your project folder.
Public: Anyone can find and view the project folder by searching with the user’s name and email.
Shared: Only people with a direct link can view the project folder; it won’t appear in search results.
Private: Only the project folder owner can view the contents; the folder cannot be shared or found in search results.
STEP 4.
SHARE YOUR PROJECT
Share your project folder with you team or colleagues in the project detail page by sharing the custom link at the bottom of the product table. Set the product quantities and create custom PDF tear sheet books or get a quotation for your project!
1. Get your project started with our Project Builder Ai.
2. Generate complete tear sheet books of the product in your project. You can even customize the book cover with an image of your project!
4. If your project list is set to public or share you can share your project link with your colleagues.
3. Request Project Pricing for your Project – This sends a request for FORM+ to price your custom project based on the products and quantities you have selected.
